Biography of Michael E. (Mike) Stephens
 
 
Mike Stephens, the owner and creator of “Divine Darlings,” started his product line in 2001 as the result of the all-too-early passing of his niece, Tracy, from cystic fibrosis. In an effort to bring comfort to grieving families and children facing critical illnesses, Mike would visit homes and hospitals to give away his beautiful angels and bring smiles to hurting hearts. As his popularity grew through word of mouth, Mike decided to enter the crafting arena and sell his angels, which are now shipped to all parts of the world to military personnel, relatives, and friends of loyal customers. “Divine Darlings” are crafted with quality materials and precise attention to detail; each is unique in color and design.
Mike is a life-long resident of Sedalia, Missouri. He is a middle school teacher and is involved in several community organizations including the Lion’s Club. He is married and has two teen-aged children. His leisure interests include cooking and theater.
