We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a 35-day money back guarantee for any reason if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 35 days of the original date of shipment. We will also offer exchanges within 60 days of shipment. Evanport will repair or replace any merchandise found to be defective within 35 days of purchase.

Your refund consists of a complete credit minus any shipping and handling costs. For exchanges, please return the item for a credit, and then place another order for the items you wish to purchase.

 “What do I need to do?”

  • You must email us at returns@evanport.com prior to returning merchandise and give us the reason for return.
  • All returns must include a copy of your original receipt.

 Detailed Information

  • On refunds, you will receive a complete credit minus any shipping and handling costs. For exchanges, please return the item for a credit, and then place another order for the items you wish to purchase.
  • Repairs and replacements will only be offered within 35 days of shipment on merchandise that is defective due to craftsmanship. Evanport cannot be held responsible for neglect or abuse of the merchandise.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear or be altered in any way.
  • Your return must be postmarked within 35 days (no exceptions) from the date it was shipped to you. Exchanges must be postmarked within 60 days of being shipped.
  • Any refunds due will be disbursed in the manner in which they were purchased.
  • When shipping returns, please place merchandise in original packaging and secure with packing materials, such as bubble wrap if possible. Place merchandise in a protective mailing box or envelope. Shipper is responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment.
  • We suggest that you ship using some form of postage (and postage insurance) where you are able to track the shipment. We cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment.
