We offer a 35 day (from the original date of shipment) warranty on materials and workmanship. After 35 days, our repair fee of $18 includes restringing and/or resizing and return shipping.
Please allow two to three weeks for repairs to be returned to you.

Returned items for repair must be insured, mailed in a padded envelope along with payment, your name and address, and instructions. Please send to the following address:
