What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

Do you accept checks or money orders?
Yes, we do accept checks for those customers that are not comfortable ordering over the Internet. Customers paying by check should print out this order form and mail their check to:

Check orders will be processed once the check has cleared the bank. Currently, we do not accept money orders.

Do you charge sales tax? 
We only charge sales tax for orders from Missouri. Orders from all other states are not charged sales tax.

Do you ship internationally? 
We ship to countries serviced by FedEx or UPS. International shipping rates will be applied to the order. See additional information.

How long will it take to get my order? 
In stock orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Out-of-stock items generally ship within two to three weeks. Customized orders generally ship within three to four weeks.

Do you offer a guarantee? 
We offer a 35-day money back guarantee for any reason if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 35 days of the original date of shipment. We will also offer exchanges within 60 days of shipment. Evanport will repair or replace any merchandise found to be defective within 35 days of purchase.

Is everything on the site in stock?
All of our jewelry is hand made from our designers. We ship most jewelry orders within 2 to 3 weeks of original order. This arrangement with our designers, allows us to personalize the order for each customer by matching the jewelry piece to their unique individual size. Evanport maintains a very limited inventory of jewelry pieces and will ship in stock items, normally within 3 days of original order.

We maintain an inventory of all items displayed on the site. Inventory levels constantly fluctuate depending on demand. Out of stock items usually are replenished within two weeks.
